ζειδΊ§ηηθΏΉ
Signs of Heritage is a multidisciplinary project that explores the intersection of bilingual typography, cultural preservation, and emerging technologies. Rooted in the rich visual language of Chinese characters, this project combines a physical publication with an augmented reality (AR) experience to create a dynamic dialogue between tradition and innovation. The publication component celebrates Chinese typography in New York Cityβs urban environment, while the AR experience compliments the cover and brings it to life, allowing users to scan to reveal a 3D version of the graphic in augmented space. By bringing together tactile print and immersive digital experiences, this project serves as both a tribute to Chinese visual heritage and a forward-looking exploration of how design can evolve to meet the needs of a hybrid, multicultural world.
